嘉宾简介：
曾仁辉(Dr. Jin Hooi CHAN)博士是剑桥大学EPRG研究员，拥有剑桥大学商学院管理学博士学位及剑桥大学可持续发展工程学哲学硕士学位，及英国皇家特许工程师和英国皇家特许环境保护师。同时，曾博士也在英国格林威治大学商学院教授MBA课程。
曾博士的研究兴趣包括：可持续旅游、能源、环保、国际战略、创新创业等。在可持续旅游研究方面，曾博士在国际顶级学刊物 Journal of Sustainable Tourism 上发表文章并与研究团队成形self-gentrification理论；之后，亦取得英国经济和社会研究委员会ESRC的牛顿研究基金Newton Fund (ES/P010377/1)开展约一百万人民币的社科项目，主题为Social Network Analysis of Innovation Cluster in Creative and Cultural Value Chain: Case of George Town World Heritage Site，是关于旅游文化遗产地创新创业生态系统研究。

嘉宾简介：
陈荣鑫是美国旧金山大学的终身教授，从2006年起，同时任教于香港科技大学商学院, 并在2015年被浙江大学聘为客座教授。他是“亚洲商业研究”（Journal of Asia Business Studies）杂志的联合创始人并曾任主编及顾问主编。 他是中国招商集团博士后研究站外籍指导教授。陈教授曾长期被位于硅谷的研究咨询公司SBF（Silicon Valley Business Forum） Consulting 聘为咨询副总裁。2003 至2006 他共同创建并发表“硅谷风险投资信心指数”报告，此报告曾被美国著名媒体如Bloomberg Financial Network, CNBC, San Francisco Business Times, Seattle Times, Silicon Valley Biz Inc 等引用。陈教授的研究主要集中于企业竞争战略，企业创新及业务成长。他和硅谷著名的创新企业有着广泛及深厚的联系。他近期侧重于研究美国企业各种先进的管理机制，组织体制，方法及管理过程以确保企业稳健的主营业务及健康的创新体系。他在世界一流的学术刊物 （如Academy of Management Journal 、Management International Review等）及其它杂志上发表了大量的论文并应邀接受新闻媒体的采访。他曾获多次获奖，包括由《商业经济期刊》颁发的Abramson Award for Outstanding Article，以及由旧金山大学管理学院颁发的学术研究奖。
讲座内容：
In this presentation, we will discuss new practices and experiments that many Silicon Valley and leading innovative companies adopted in enhancing their corporate innovation and growth, we will also show how these innovation practices required companies to fundamentally change their operating routines and basic management practices, and discuss the solutions that many companies adopted to enable innovation practices. The presentation will reply on many cases and examples to illustrate the key points.
